I’ve Just Finished the 4-Week Gluten-Free Challenge, and I’m Honestly Shocked
For someone who loves thin crust pizzas, fluffy pancakes, and that sweet chocolate cake with afternoon coffee, deciding to go completely gluten-free for 30 days was, let’s say… a little bit terrifying.
But I was curious. Could I really stick to it? Would it actually make a difference?
Well… it definitely did.
Here’s what changed:
My digestion got way better. Bloating and water retention just disappeared. I felt lighter, clearer in the mind, and had more energy.
And those headaches I used to get? Practically gone.
And it all started making sense.
There are so many studies showing how gluten affects gut health, and something I didn’t fully realize until now…
Healthy gut = healthy everything.
Energy, skin, mood, digestion… It’s all connected.
Here’s the best part:
I didn’t give up my favorite foods.
I just learned how to make them in a way that actually supports me.
You can still have your favourite cookies, pasta, pancakes… even lasagna.
Just the gluten-free way.
But… if you’re thinking about trying this too, let me give you one piece of advice:
Don’t rely on store-bought gluten-free products.
Most are packed with:
– Seed oils
– Preservatives
– Weird sweeteners
– Ingredients your gut doesn’t want to deal with
Instead? I baked everything at home using this awesome gluten-free guide from Bloom Cooking.
What’s inside:
– 4 weeks of simple, delicious gluten-free & dairy-free meals
– Paleo-friendly, gut-supportive ingredients
– Every recipe created by a chef and a nutritionist
– Bread, cookies, muffins, pasta alternatives… all the cozy stuff
You don’t need to do everything at once. Just START HERE
I’ll be cheering you on from the kitchen. 💛
Can’t wait to hear what changes you notice.

I noticed a huge difference as well! I started doing GF for my daughter, then discovered how much it helps me, too.
