I used to grab those “healthy” yogurt cups from the store, thinking I was doing something good for my body.
But the truth? I was still feeling bloated, heavy, and tired after eating. My digestion felt off, no matter how clean I thought I was eating.
Then someone suggested making my own yogurt.
At first, it sounded complicated… but it wasn’t. It was simple and very empowering.
Within a week or two, my gut felt calmer. I wasn’t as puffy or uncomfortable after meals. My energy started coming back. And it felt good knowing I made something that was truly alive and nourishing.
It’s amazing what can change when you go back to basics, to simpler foods.
