Normally coconut milk will not kefir but if you infuse a couple of dates into it with a blender it will kefir and gives an incredible tasting kefir result.
After they're infused using a blender you have to pour it into a strainer so that the remaining pieces of dates don't get mixed in with the actual grains in your fermenting jat.
